That was my 25th Birthday on 23rd Feb.
What's so special abt it?
Well, thats my first b'day after wedding with my husband.
Till 22nd evening and late night no sign from my husband, that the next day is my b'day. Both were in a deep sleep as we had a quite hectic travel last weekend.
The clock ticks 12 and the phone rings. I woke up thinking it should be the 6'0 clk alarm which I used to keep to get up and cook.
Then I realized that was a call from an International Number. (Oh no!!!! I really thought I did not commit any new code).
With little fear I attended the call, my sis-in law and my brother sings
"Happy Birthday" (With a deep breathe...I smiled and turned my husband was missing on the bed)
I called him, he came with a bunch of red roses. (where did he hide them, anyways i searched before i went to the bed :-) ).
Then with a ring after half an hr..(Oh My God!!! That was the ring i once saw and told its too good when we shopped something else).
As usual the daily routine started, got ready and left to the Office, hung up in a call and my colleagues waited for the treat, they did not get their lunch packed and so I ordered and got it delivered to the office.
Before the next design meeting, my husband says "U gotta reach home by 7p.m".
The surprise still continued.
He pulled me from my office desk and took me home , says get ready fast. (Why???)
And that was to the 20th floor at the Residency Towers, THE DECK.
A Candle light dinner for a table of 2 surrounded by the waterfall and a saxophonist
entertains.
There was no crowd, Just took a look at the roof top and gently sat, What's happening?
The server comes with the cake and the musician plays his piano and everyone sings..
Quite embarrassed, My hubby smiles and that is an unforgettable moment.
Stunning ambience and it was a romantic evening, a good one tat i ever celebrated.
Thanks Krish, I really loved it.

Too many heads spoil the Show
Have you realized why software undergoes lots of design changes?
Why?????????? I yell..
PLM says "I need this for our customer"
Architect (the p.hd guy talks mathematics) says no this has to be done this way.
Poor Developer (ME) I come up with a design proposal considering all the comments, When PLM is available, Architect is too busy and someone else is the "Acting Architect" and gives me a "Go Ahead".
Feature is Design Done/ Code Done/Review Done/ Docs Updated .
And time to chill out.
Requirements changes again and again, hits the feature State Machine. Back to square one.
How would one feel? I feel like goin on the top of mountain and scream...
"Why the hell Am i a software engg"?
